Odochi Akwani is a multimedia creative originally from Nebraska but now based in Philadelphia. Odochi is a 2023 Mural Arts Philadelphia Fellowship for Black Artists fellow and a member of Diversify Photo’s Up Next collective.

She has a bachelor of journalism from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in both journalism and advertising/PR and professional experience in marketing and communications.

You can catch a glimpse of Odochi as she speeds past you on her bike, in the studio hand-building mugs out of clay, or in a tent under the stars.
